They include advanced health tracking capabilities to monitor heart rate, sleep, and overall fitness. Many models boast extended battery life, such as the COLMI M42 with up to 45 days of standby time and 7-10 days of regular use. Others, like the COLMI C81, feature a 250mAh battery for dependable daily use. These smartwatches are also IP67 or IP68 waterproof for durability.

SWOOMi smartwatches are compatible with Android 4.4+ and iOS 8.0+ devices. They utilize apps such as FitCloudPro, Da Fit, or Pubu Wear to provide a seamless connection and a personalized user experience.

SWOOMi currently ships within Ghana and processes orders within 1-3 working days. Deliveries within Accra typically take 1-3 working days, while areas outside Accra may require 3-7 business days. Orders above GHS 600 qualify for free shipping, while shipping fees for smaller orders vary by region. Bulk orders exceeding GHS 3,000 require advance payment through electronic banking, with bank details provided before finalizing the purchase.

Customers who receive incorrect items can request an exchange by contacting SWOOMi within one week of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be honoured.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not currently supported. Warranty claims related to quality issues are handled according to the company’s Return and Refund Policy, which can be accessed on SWOOMi’s website.

SWOOMi’s warranty covers all quality-related defects on products sold directly by SWOOMi or authorized resellers. The warranty applies only to original SWOOMi products purchased in the country of purchase. If a product fails due to quality issues, despite being used correctly according to the instruction manual, a replacement will be provided free of charge. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, sales invoice, or a dated sales receipt from an authorized reseller.

The warranty does not cover certain conditions, such as tampered serial numbers, transportation damage, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or damage caused by incorrect electrical usage. It also excludes coverage for commercial use, normal wear and tear, installation errors, and damage caused by unauthorized parts or services. Consumables, cosmetic parts, and costs for accessing products for servicing are also not included.

SWOOMi’s terms of service outline rules for using their website and services. Users must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a parent/guardian and may use the site for personal shopping purposes only. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and adhering to content restrictions that prohibit posting illegal or harmful material.

Orders can be cancelled or modified depending on their status, and customers may initiate returns if cancellation is not possible. SWOOMi disclaims liability for damages and reserves the right to refuse orders, limit accounts to one per customer, and prohibit system exploitation.

SWOOMi collects various information types, including personal account details, payment information (processed securely through PayPal), and customer support interactions. We also collect data on product usage, such as how often features are used, as well as health indicators from devices like smartwatches.

Additionally, we gather device properties like model, IP address, and geo-location data. Cookies are used to track browsing behaviour, and third-party information from platforms like Facebook or Google may also be collected.
